Local Pick Up

We’re happy to offer local pick up in Devon, Alberta, so you can skip shipping fees and collect your order directly from us.

How it works

  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a completion email (check your junk folder just in case!).

  • Please reply to that email with the day and time you’d like to pick up.

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of your completion email.

Important notes

  • We have limited storage space, so prompt communication and timely pick up are essential.

  • On the 8th day, if your order hasn’t been picked up, you’ll automatically receive an invoice for shipping. That invoice must be paid within 24 hours.

  • If payment isn’t received by the 10th day, your order will be cancelled and disposed of with no refund.

  • Please understand that respecting these policies helps us stay organized and continue serving all of our customers. Future orders may be declined if pick up policies aren’t followed.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! Just make sure they know the name the order was placed under and the arranged pick up time.

What if I can’t make it within 7 days?
If you know ahead of time, please let us know. Otherwise, shipping charges will apply after the 7-day window.

Can I pop in anytime to grab my order?
No — we need you to confirm a day and time by email before coming, so we can have your order ready and set aside.

What if I forget to pick up my order?
On the 8th day, we’ll send you a shipping invoice. If it’s not paid by the 10th day, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
