Listen, we get it—shipping in Canada costs about as much as a small pony, so we offer Lettermail as a budget-friendly option. But here’s the catch: once your package is tossed into the Canada Post abyss, it’s basically traveling by moose-back. 🦌 No tracking. No updates. Just vibes.

Yes, it’s cheaper. Yes, it might take a scenic detour across the country before finding you. And yes, sometimes it straight up disappears into the void (sorry, we don’t have a search party on standby).

That’s why we highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping if you like knowing where your stuff actually is.

At checkout, you’ll see a few different shipping options—ranging from “I need this yesterday” to “I’m cool with waiting, I’ve got snacks” . Pick whichever fits your mood (and budget).

If you qualify for free shipping or choose one of the tracked options, you’ll get a shiny tracking number so you can stalk your package like it’s your ex’s Instagram. Bonus: insurance up to $125 is automatically included, because life happens (and sometimes boxes get yeeted a little too hard).

We package everything with love and way too much tape, but if your order shows up looking like it fought a bear 🐻, snap a few pics and send them to hello@littleprairiecraftco.com. We’ll either replace it or refund it—your call.

When you qualify for free shipping, congrats—you’ve unlocked the Golden Ticket of online shopping.  But here’s the deal: we pick the shipping method. That means your package might travel by Lettermail (cheap but mysterious), Tracked Parcel (the “where are you now?” option), or USPS (our Montana hookup for U.S. pals).

Why? Because free shipping is on our dime, and we’ll always choose the most practical way to get your goodies to you safely (especially in this economy). But don’t worry—we package everything with extreme TLC, and most orders arrive faster than you expect.
